Shopping for a Suite or Loge Box

How do I book a Detroit Pistons suite or loge box?

To secure a Detroit Pistons suite or loge at Little Caesars Arena, click on the game you wish to attend via the RESERVE NOW page to see available options. A suite or loge can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Detroit Pistons Premium Team at 313-771-0124 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite or loge box?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Pistons Premium Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite or loge. All suite and loge tickets and parking passes will be mobile delivery.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite and loge tickets and parking passes are mobile delivery. Following your purchase, you will receive access to your Pistons Account to manage tickets and parking digitally. Tickets must be presented on your mobile phone, and cannot be printed. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite or loge guests to ensure seamless access into Little Caesars Arena.

Will the suite or loge box be private to my group?

Yes! All suites and loges listed on are private to your group.

Are suites and loge boxes ADA accessible?

All suites are ADA accessible and loge boxes also have ADA accessibility.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required to secure a suite or loge box.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees associated with purchasing a suite or loge. Any catering orders will be subject to additional costs.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite or loge box reservation?

Per our terms and conditions, all suite and loge box sales are final. For more information on rescheduled or cancelled games please see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should your game be postponed, you will have access to your suite or loge on the rescheduled game date.

What if my event is cancelled?

If your game is cancelled, you will be contacted regarding options for alternate games or a refund.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

A standard food and beverage package consisting of appetizers, arena fare, soft drinks and light beer and wine is included in your purchase. Additional catering is available to purchase through our partners at Delaware North. Following your purchase, a Pistons representative will reach out with catering information including a suite menu, ordering instructions, and contact information. For your convenience, food & beverage orders can be made from the suite menu up to two (2) business days prior to a game. If you miss the pre-order deadline, you may place your order from a limited game day menu. Guests can order through an online portal, by emailing [email protected] or by calling (313) 471-7780.

Am I required to purchase catering?

Outside of the included standard food and beverage package, additional in-suite catering is not required. Guests are also welcome to purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the arena.

How much does catering typically cost?

Upon purchase, a Pistons representative will provide you with a suite menu that includes pricing. Total cost is based on the package selected, and type/amount of food and beverages ordered.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite or loge box?

You are welcome to purchase Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets through your Premium representative. SRO tickets are $55 each and you can purchase up to 10 per game.

Can I get guest passes for my suite or loge box?

You can request up to 10 additional guest passes through your Pistons Premium representative. These passes will give guests access to your suite, but cannot be used for admission to the arena. Guest passes must be paired with an arena ticket that may be purchased separately. Note that you can only have up to 10 additional people in the suite (including guest passes and SRO tickets).

What is the child ticket policy for suites and loge boxes?

Children two (2) years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admissions into Little Caesars Arena. Suites and loges provide a private and secure space for families attending a game.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite or loge box?

Little Caesars Arena has a no bag policy, please plan to leave personal belongings in your vehicle.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite includes three (3) parking passes to convenient connected parking garage. Your designated Premium representative will provide you with details on where to park. These tickets will be mobile.

What time is my suite or loge box available on game day?

Doors open two (2) hours prior to the game for premium suite owners to access the Blue Cross Blue Shield Lounge. All guests may access the arena, suites and loges 90 minutes prior to tip-off.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite or loge box on game day?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a suite attendant that can assist with food and beverage orders. A limited game day suite menu will be in the suite upon arrival. In the case of game day ordering, you’ll still find arena favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

If I have an issue with my suite or loge box on game day, who can I contact?

You will meet a designated Premium Representative who will work with you leading up to the game and on game night. Our Premium Team can also be reached at 313-771-0124.
